Naoto Shirogane FORTUNE RANK: 9 Kanji has very complicated feelings for Naoto. She was one of the first people to express interest in him and accept him for who he is. She has her own issues, and Kanji can empathize with her. He is attracted to her, and thus acts flustered around her, but otherwise considers her a good friend.

Bulba (Ivysaur) TEMPERANCE RANK: 5 Kanji met Bulba in an awkward position after chatting briefly on the network, but felt compelled to help him. While he was reluctant to warm up to Bulba at first, they have since become friends. Bulba seems like a kind, caring individual, and reminds Kanji of Yu.

GLaDOS HERMIT RANK: REVERSE Glados-sensei is Kanji's computer teacher. He does not like her at all, since she gave him a detention on the first day for being two minutes late. Then she had the audacity to hack through his filter on the network! Not cool, bro.

Link (Ocarina of Time) JUSTICE RANK: REVERSE Link is that dumb kid who thinks Kanji is acting like a bully and a liar. JUST BECAUSE he was pissed that GLaDOS gave him a detention. Come on, kid, show some sympathy!

Eli (Arbok) TOWER RANK: REVERSE Eli was Kanji's "girlfriend" for a brief period of time, but she was not very nice to him at all. She didn't think the relationship was real and she dumped him at prom before nearly killing him. Kanji really doesn't like her at all now.

Yu Narukami WORLD RANK: BROKEN (MAX) Yu is practically Kanji's savior. Not only did he save Kanji's life in the Shadow World, but he also helped Kanji come into his own, realizing that maybe it's okay to have abnormal interests, that he should be proud of who he is. Kanji is very grateful to Yu for all he has done.

Yosuke Hanamura MAGICIAN RANK: BROKEN (6) Kanji has a lot of respect for Yosuke, as he is one of Kanji's friends who saved his life and accepted him for who he is. Although, Yosuke still seems wary of Kanji in some ways, and loves giving him a hard time. Kanji sometimes want to punch Yosuke as a result.
